: Relay Common (COM) – Connects to lock power supply control

While minor factory variations exist, the standard V2000-C pigtail harness typically follows this color-coded configuration: Wire Color Label / Function Connection Destination Positive terminal of 12V DC power supply Black GND (Ground) Negative terminal of power supply Green NO (Normally Open)
The V2000-c supports two adding methods: by card swipe or by manual ID entry.

The V2000-C tracks users via numbered from 1 to 2000 . Assigning specific User IDs is highly recommended so you can delete lost cards without needing the physical card in hand.
