Stop the Nexus service completely. Any connection to OrientDB while in use by a different process will corrupt the database.
By default, the sonatype-work directory is located adjacent to the Nexus installation directory. /opt/sonatype-work/nexus3
Nexus stores absolute paths in its internal OrientDB database. If you move files but don't change the database reference, Nexus looks in the old spot. update nexus library location
Log into Nexus and verify that all repositories are visible and accessible.

Open Services.msc , locate the Nexus Repository Manager service, and click Stop .
