Support of existing configurations
You can load existing camera configuration files of the corresponding P3 camera models without any problems. This is important when exchanging a camera or when integrating new cameras into existing systems. If this is the case, it is recommended to immediately verify the most important functions of the camera.
Use of external SMB/CIFS file servers
When using Linux-based file servers or NAS devices to store the video and audio data via the SMB/CIFS protocol, make sure that the samba program used on these devices is installed with version 4.10 or higher. With older samba versions, there may be jamming and errors of the storage processes during operation and thus recording errors!

Message when a video delivered by evenstream.jpg is aborted
External interruptions of a video image stream that is retrieved from the camera using the API function evenstream.jpg, for example by the MxManagementCenter, are now better handled. In this case, a message "hh:mm:ss STREAM eventstream[nnnn] Closing stream to 10.xx.yyy.zzz. Write timeout." is written to the system messages, which suggests an external interruption of the data stream due to network disturbances or a failure of the eventstream client as the cause of the problem.

Monitoring of the set "Time to Keep"
In certain scenarios, activated storage failure detection led to the erroneous generation of messages "Median time to keep too low." and thus false alarms (e.g. by e-mail). The check of the "Time to Keep" option value set for storage failure detection has been improved.
Incorrect "Lost archive access" message
The message “Lost archive access” is no longer displayed in the file server log and, there is no longer an email sent for this error message.
File Server Test
In some cases, the log file could not be opened and the result of a file server test performed could not be displayed. Instead, the message "Error: The file server test is not running" appeared.

No RTP stream after camera restart
With certain camera configurations, it could happen that the camera's internal RTP server could not be started correctly after the camera restart and thus no RTP stream was delivered until the next camera restart.
RTP-Stream stuck
Network connection issues could cause the RTP stream to hang, and this error condition persisted for an indefinite amount of time after the network returned to working correctly.

The software contains the same known limitations as the version MX-V5-4-9-9-r1.
