A dialogue box will appear asking you to choose which components to restore (e.g., All, Style, Performance, Program). Select for a complete reset. Press OK . A confirmation prompt will ask "Are you sure?". Touch Yes . Step 3: The Hard Boot Reset (If the Keyboard is Frozen)

After validation, a warning message will appear. Confirm your choice to begin the Factory Reset procedure. Then, a final warning message will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.

Keep holding until the screen appears. Execute: Calibrate the screen by touching the red crosses. Select for a complete reset

If the unit freezes during startup, try holding the EXIT button while powering on to reset the internal memory.

Once the full reset is complete, there are two essential steps you must perform. Touch Yes

To fix this, press the button, navigate to the Touch Panel Calibration page, and tap the targets precisely with a stylus. Once calibrated, you can reload your saved .SET folder from your USB drive via the MEDIA > Load menu to restore your essential gigging data.
