For S7-1200 users, the GSDML method is the option, as HSP does not support S7-1200 CPUs. For S7-1500 users, both methods are viable, though each has different strengths.
When using HSP, V90 defaults to Telegram 105 with IRT isochronous mode. Since Telegram 102 does not support isochronous mode, you must adjust the synchronization domain settings, setting both PLC and V90 to RT "unsynchronized" mode.
