The placement of the command within the INI file can be surprisingly finicky. Some server administrators have reported that adding the PullResourceAdditions= line to the very bottom of the config file can cause the entire "Pull Resources" feature to disappear from the game. The solution is to place the command in the middle of the config list, rather than at the very end. If it's not working, try moving it to a different location within the [StructuresPlus] section.
After you have added all the desired resources, save the GameUserSettings.ini file. For the changes to take effect, you must fully restart your ARK game client (for Single Player) or reboot your server (for multiplayer). The new resources should now appear in the selection wheel of any newly placed S+ Dedicated Storage.
